Duties

  • You will serve as the Facility Management Program Manager for Navy Region Southwest and the 10 supported Installations.
  • You will monitor, track and support the timely execution of NRSW and FEC SW $48M+ Facility Management (FP) program (to include labor and non-labor resources).
  • You will professionally represent CNIC and the Region as a liaison with various tenant commands and stakeholders
  • You will manage the labor resources that support a variety of critical PWD and NAVFAC positions including Community Planners, Facility Management Specialists, Real Property Accounting Officers, Installation Energy Managers, GIS and RE Specialist.
  • You will directly support the development of planning products including Military Construction projects and major Facility Sustainment Restoration and Modernization Special projects.
  • You will provide oversight for the execution of the Installation Condition Assessment Program, Real Property accounting efforts needed to support Audit requirements.
  • You will provide oversight for the development of Installation Energy Plans, the maintenance of GIS Common Installation Picture (CIP) data and the execution of critical Real Estate actions
  • You will ensure effective and recurring communication with PWDs to include regular execution meetings
  • You will ensure effective and recurring communication with PWDs to include regular execution meetings
  • You will provide recurring, effective communication and briefings with Region and Team Leadership to convey the status of program requirements, initiatives, challenges and the execution of the Facility Management (FP) program.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing a complex facility program to include planning, programming, budgeting and execution of requirements; 2) Analyze financial, budget and/or resource information to determine alignment with standard processes and metrics and make risk based recommendations on program priorities and changes; 3) Leading the execution of facility projects to include the development and oversight of project budgets, schedules and/or contract acquisition strategy; 4) Develop and implement innovative solutions in coordination with leadership and higher organizational commands such as CNIC HQ and NAVFAC HQ; 5) Provide executive communication, both written and oral, to include budget development, presentation and justification to management and leadership; NOTE: This experience must be supported by your resume.
