Lab Manager

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career-oriented Lab Manager to join our diverse team in Hanover, Maryland. In this role, you will support our mission by managing critical lab infrastructure and mobile devices that aid in software capability development. You will contribute to a dynamic environment that values innovation and national security. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Maintaining mobile device library containing phones, tablets, and laptopsMaintaining a mobile device lab capable of assisting with software capability developmentResponsible for application of government documentation standardsResponsible for general inventory asset management Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma and 8+ years' of experience or Bachelor's degree in a and 4+ years of experienceExperience managing lab property and licenses and participating in inventory effortsExperience with quality assurance practices, including reviews of concept of operations documentation, requirements, project plans, cost and schedule analysis, source code, test plans/procedures, configuration management, installation plans/procedures, and training documentationExperience with inventory asset management Preferred QualificationsExperience with Atlassian JIRAExperience with SnipeITKnowledge of Apple OSXKnowledge of Apple and AndroidUnderstanding of mobile technology Clearance Requirements:Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph and be willing and able to obtain another polygraph prior to start.Physical Requirements:must be able to remain stationary up to 50% of the time
