Job Description:

Tria Federal is seeking a Website Specialist to join our team and play a key role in designing, deploying, and maintaining web applications that support our business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, web development, and automation tools, with a passion for delivering efficient, user-friendly solutions.

Basic Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
  • B.S. degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of related experience


Responsibilities:
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain web applications using .NET frameworks.
  • Manage and customize SharePoint sites to support collaboration and business processes.
  • Build and enhance business applications using PowerApps and automate workflows with Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure web applications are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing applications.
  • Document technical processes, workflows, and application configurations.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance digital capabilities.
  • Familiarity with AI generation and assistance tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with SharePoint administration and customization.
  • Hands-on expertise with PowerApps and Power Automate for business process automation.
  • Exposure to .NET development and web application deployment.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of web security, performance optimization, and application lifecycle management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Power Platform Certifications
  • Familiarity with JIRA/Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and integration with third-party services.
  • Background in UI/UX design principles.

Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance : T his role will require the hired candidate to go through public trust clearance. A minimum of 3 years of stay in the U.S. within the last 5 years is required to be eligible to qualify for public trust clearance sponsorship.

Work Location:

REMOTE: Tria Federal, operates primarily in the Eastern Time Zone, with standard work hours from 9 AM - 5 PM ET and flexibility around start and end times based on team needs.

Salary Range

$75,000 - $90,000 USD
