Location listed is Virginia Beach, VA but location of requirement may be anywhere in the U.S. based on contract award.
Essential Area of Responsibility:
• All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any/all incumbents, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary. Work responsibilities may vary, depending upon assignment.
• Contract employee will serve on a training team.
General Functions/Duties:
• Master training materials to professionally present training to identified trainees.
• Administer and conduct training.
• Evaluate assigned students.
• Document attendance and performance of students.
• Coordinate with principal stakeholders, partners at facility and equipment vendors as needed.
• Assist in the development and updates to GPI curriculum for various systems and training.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned platform/equipment and provide on-call tech support, if assigned to do so.
Experience:
• >3 years of experience with tactical military operations.
• Eligible for SECRET clearance, U.S. citizen
Preferred experience:
• Trainer or Master Training Specialist military qualification
• Robotic Autonomous Systems
• Counter-UAS
• SOF, Infantry, or military police background
Education:
• HS with 4 years of experience, AA with 2 years of experience or BA/BS
