Job Description:
As a Network Engineer maintaining and troubleshooting IT system(s) moored between vessel and shore:
• Verify/troubleshoot network availability between pier riser positions and ITNs through loopback testing.
• Verify/troubleshoot ATM, T1, and GIG network availability between vessel and ITNs.
• Performs Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scanning and uploading results to Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM)
• Performs Cybersecurity requirements and implementation of security controls (STIG compliance).
• Configure/Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN for over 1,000 users.
• This position requires an active DoD Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret/SCI) or the ability to be obtain an (Interim Secret, Interim Top Secret)
• Because an active or interim DoD clearance is required, U.S. Citizenship is required
