We are experiencing growth and are looking for an Automated Test Engineer for our beautiful Troy, Alabama location.
You will be the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Test Engineer for the Strike Systems Line-of-Business, supporting Production Test Equipment and Test Software activities in Troy, AL. Our team is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of test systems, and you will play a key role in providing technical support, test equipment improvements, and troubleshooting expertise.

What You Will Be Doing
As the ATE Test Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting test systems, providing technical expertise, and driving improvements to test equipment and software. You will work with a range of technologies, including TestStand®, LabVIEW®, and CVI®, to control signal generation and measurement tools, conduct Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), and functional testing.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting and integrating test equipment hardware and software as needed
• Analyzing failures associated with test equipment and providing recommended solutions
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving test equipment issues
• Collaborating with production teams to maintain test equipment uptime and support troubleshooting

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. An Interim Secret Clearance required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of professional engineering experience
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Coursework in software development or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with basic electronics lab equipment (Power Supplies, Digital Multi-Meters, Oscilloscopes)
Desired Skills:
• Experience with National Instruments LabVIEW and TestStand
• Experience supporting Automated Test Systems
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
