Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking an All Source Intelligence OOB Analyst to join our team and provide support to facilitate operations on a critical infrastructure and services program. This effort focuses on providing a comprehensive set of System/ Software Engineering and IT Services to maintain, sustain, enhance, and improve/modernize. The ideal candidate will be located in the National Capital Region.
Please note that this is contingent upon contract award, with an anticipated decision expected by Q3/Q4 of 2026.
The All Source Intelligence OOB Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Analyzing and maintaining the comprehensive database of foreign military organizations, units, capabilities, and orders of battle. Ensures the program delivers up-to-date and precise order of battle information needed for strategic planning and tactical operations. The OOB analyst will work on enhancing data collection methodologies, validating data accuracy, and integrating multi-source intelligence to support defense objectives.
Specific tasks include:
Provide system enhancement support for FMI data, intelligence support to targeting, Object-Based Intelligence (OBI), when data owners require additional system enhancements to data-services, and Application Programming Interface (API) framework and architecture.
Provide, develop, and document innovative, repeatable, and automated services as part of the Development Release Plan.
Coordinate with the DIA TPOCs for Intelligence Mission Data (IMD), Cyber, Space/Counterspace, Order of Battle, Infrastructure, Targeting, Personas, and Civilian Harm Mitigation Response (CHMR) for the continued development of these capabilities.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Must have a Bachelors degree with 5 or more years of relevant work experience or a Masters degree with 3 or more years of relevant work experience or a PhD with 0 or more years of relevant work experience.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
