Program Overview
About The Role
We are looking to add a Product Owner / Business Analyst to our team of talented professionals.
As a Product Owner/Analyst, you will work on technology-based projects using Agile methodologies,
collaborate with developers and customers daily during agile projects, and be responsible for
helping with the coordination of requirements aimed at developing technical solutions and/or
enhancements to meet user needs. You will be performing complex business analysis and application
development related duties that include providing lead direction to other analytical staff and
providing strategic input; and managing delivery that would require coordination across multiple
internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do:
Identify, define, interpret, and clarify scope of problems/issues in terms of business/systems
requirements and process. Communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis and maintain
systems processes.
Elicit and documents requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops
process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis.
Collaborate with HX team to improve the user experience.
Owns the creation and management of project's artifacts for the client's Systems Development
Methodology, Agile Methodology and/or other team deliverables. Formally initiate and deliver
requirements and documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including a thorough understanding of how to
interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Writing/eliciting Epics and decomposing them into User Stories sized appropriately for the
iteration.
Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with stakeholders for optimized systems integration
and respond to questions and concerns with supporting research and recommendations.
Support product testing and quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
10 years experience with AS/AA; 8 years with BS/BA; 6 years with MS/MA; 3 years with PhD
Knowledge of Healthcare, Medicare & Medicaid systems & data.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Expertise with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Slack etc.
Experience in capturing requirements, and experience along all phases of agile
software development.
Must be able to communicate to management, peers, and customers effectively and professionally as
well as demonstrate sound judgment/reasoning skills.
Experience with manual testing of software products.
Ability to work fully remote.
Ability to enjoy working in a fast past environment.
Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Federal Healthcare IT Projects.
Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner or SAFe Product Owner are a plus.

Details
Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
