Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer to support a federal client in strengthening identity, access, and security operations within a mission-critical environment.
In this role, you will design, configure, and optimize identity governance solutions that safeguard federal systems while ensuring seamless access management and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
As a SailPoint Developer, you will:
- Implement and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and other IGA platforms to support enterprise IAM strategies
- Develop custom integrations using APIs, connectors, and scripts to synchronize identity data across applications and directories
- Onboard new applications into the SailPoint environment, ensuring secure and compliant access pathways
- Implement and maintain access control policies, RBAC models, and governance workflows
- Enhance security posture through identity lifecycle automation and best-practice configuration
- Produce technical documentation including design specifications, configurations, and integration guides
- Generate reports related to access governance, system performance, and compliance metrics
- Collaborate closely with IT, cybersecurity, compliance, and project management teams to deliver secure, aligned IAM solutions
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- On-site support required at Kingstowne & Ft. Belvoir
- Standard business hours; occasional after-hours work to support deployments
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Secret clearance required or higher
- Possession of Security+, CISSP, or equivalent security certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years experience designing and implementing IAM solutions
- Minimum 3-5 years experience with enterprise IGA platforms, such as:
- SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or IdentityNow
- Saviynt Security Manager (SSM) or Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC)
- IBM Security Verify Governance
- Minimum 3-5 years experience with Java development for customization and integration work
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and compliance-driven access controls
- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills
- Contribute to secure identity governance supporting national priorities
- Work on impactful IAM modernization projects in a high-security federal environment
- Collaborate with experts across cybersecurity, compliance, and enterprise architecture
- Play a key role in strengthening secure access and protecting sensitive federal data
