We are seeking experienced MV-22 Aircraft Maintenance & Modification Technicians to join our team supporting MV-22 maintenance and modification operations. This role requires expertise in aircraft systems, including electrical/avionics or airframe maintenance, and the ability to perform complex troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications to ensure flight readiness and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, disassemble, and modify aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes.
- Oversee assembly, disassembly, and overhaul functions for accuracy and compliance.
- Configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.
- Troubleshoot complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate and repair faults.
- Perform validation and verification testing of systems and components.
- Document repairs, test results, modifications, and inspections to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
- Inspect components for cleanliness and serviceability; verify repairs meet flight-worthiness requirements.
- Train and mentor team members on maintenance and modification processes.
- Ability to obtain secret security clearance
- Proven experience with V-22 maintenance and modification.
- Knowledge of general aircraft maintenance processes, including FOD control, tool control, and safety protocols.
- Active Secret Clearance
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant License.
- Quality Assurance experience.
- Extensive Depot-level modification experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 4+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
