We are seeking DevOps Engineers at multiple experience levels to join a high-performing engineering team supporting both unclassified and classified environments. These roles involve designing and maintaining software development pipelines, managing system configurations, implementing automation, and deploying containerized applications in secure environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and development environments.
- Integrate and support systems in secure, air-gapped environments.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Salt, Ansible, and Puppet.
- Architect and manage Kubernetes clusters for scalable deployments.
- Automate DevOps processes through scripting and software development.
- Manage secure development tools and ensure encrypted communication channels.
- Implement certificate-based authentication and secure access protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams while adhering to best practices.
- Continuously improve automation, reliability, and pipeline efficiency.
- Document and maintain system security operations and configurations.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers (for senior-level roles).
- Travel requirement: Less than 10%.
Required Qualifications:
- Entry to Senior Level:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 4-9+ years of experience,
- OR Graduate degree with 2-7+ years of experience,
- OR 8-13+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with:
- Infrastructure-as-Code (Salt, Ansible, Puppet).
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Artifactory).
- Kubernetes and containerization.
- Linux-based development environments.
- Scripting languages (Python, Bash, Groovy).
- Software engineering and QA processes.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work. Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
- Object-oriented development in memory-safe languages.
- Experience with CMake and C++.
- Familiarity with RHEL 7/8/9, Ubuntu, or Debian.
- RedHat Certified Engineer (RHCE).
- Knowledge of networking (firewalls, routing, subnetting, port mappings).
- Experience with SELinux, FAPolicyd, and security scanning tools.
- Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, Security+).
- REST API development and integration.
