Overview
We are seeking a GEOINT / Data Analyst to support the NASIC/Scene-Based Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) mission in Dayton, OH.
This role directly supports Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Research & Development (R&D) efforts focused on scene-based analysis, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED), and intelligence production. The ideal candidate will analyze geospatial and sensor data, support time-sensitive intelligence operations, and collaborate with mission partners across the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD).
This position operates in a high-tempo operational environment and may require 24x7 surge support during crisis or high-priority events.

Technical Tools Highly Desired:
- AI/ML Development
- Python for Automation
- Kubernetes for Deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications
- GIS Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform scene-based GEOINT and data analysis in direct support of PIR mission requirements
- Exploit and analyze sensor, environmental, atmospheric, and geospatial data across PED systems
- Produce intelligence assessments, scene reconstructions, and operational reports
- Support real-time and time-sensitive intelligence operations, including surge and crisis response
- Interface daily with IC partners, DoD organizations, and mission SMEs
- Support R&D efforts to improve analytic workflows, PED systems, and automation
- Validate data integrity, system performance, and analytic outputs
Required Skills
Experience with GEOINT, imagery analysis, or scene-based intelligence production
- Strong understanding of PED systems and workflows
- Experience analyzing sensor, geospatial, and environmental datasets
- Ability to operate in a classified, high-tempo intelligence environment
- Experience working with IC and DoD mission partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to support shift work or surge operations when required
- Proficiency with analytic tools, databases, or GIS platforms
