Responsibilities

The Sponsor is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to perform the role of Systems Integrator. As a critical member of a larger Principal Support team, the selected Systems Integrator should be flexible and prepared to provide cross-functional support. The primary focus will be to support the Front Office Senior Executive Officers and work closely with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistants, and various support team members. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Coordinate and facilitate strategic initiatives and activities, and effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Coordinate policy-related activities, ensuring compliance and effective governance
  • Analyze and interpret policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Foster and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders, teams, and external partners
  • Support day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Identify and analyze problems, determine solutions, and implement corrective actions
  • Be proficient in MS Office tools as well as collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Confluence
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and organizational acumen

Qualifications

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • A degree (or equivalent experience, 10-12 years with Bachelor's, 8-10 years with Master's, and 5-7 years with PhD) in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a scientific or technical discipline.
  • Outstanding organization and planning skills with the ability to synthesize large quantities of disparate information.
  • Strong time management skills with the demonstrated ability to keep complex organizations on schedule to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Excellent judgment, strong written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to prepare executive-level correspondence.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with an ability to work within a team and independently.
  • At least 10 years of demonstrated experience, and 3 years of experience with the Customer.

  • Ability to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists, and top-level managers in the coordination and planning of programs
