CI Azumano is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Management Account Manager to oversee the travel programs and requirements of our corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring the highest standard of service, and optimizing travel solutions to meet organizational needs and budgets.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate travel accounts
  • Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients
  • Analyze travel spend and recommend cost-effective solutions
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver tailored travel solutions
  • Monitor service levels and resolve client issues promptly
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on travel program performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and compliance requirements
  • Conduct client reviews and identify opportunities for program improvement
  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships



Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in travel management or corporate account management
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficient with travel management software and Microsoft Office Suite



Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of global travel regulations and compliance
  • Experience with expense management and reporting tools
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
