What You'll Do
- Design, test, and launch automated solutions that enhance financial processes.
- Assess enterprise-wide operations and pinpoint opportunities for automation.
- Recommend and implement new processes that improve efficiency and strengthen controls.
- Train and support teams as new RPA solutions roll out.
- Perform risk assessments tied to internal controls and business reengineering.
- Collaborate with project leadership to stay on track and deliver value.
- Document new solutions to ensure smooth adoption and long-term success.
- 1-3 years of RPA or automation experience (federal experience a plus).
- Familiarity with identifying automation opportunities and implementing RPA solutions.
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and communicate across diverse stakeholders.
- Clearable to Interim Secret clearance (required).
- PMP, CDFM, CGFM, or CPA certifications preferred.
- College degree required.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits.
- Must pass a drug screening (including THC).
