SA is seeking an experienced individual to assist with standing up a Program Management Office (PMO). This individual will manage and oversee a collection of related projects to achieve strategic goals. They will focus on program-level planning, execution, and control, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and effective resource allocation across multiple projects.
Salary Range: $160k-$175k
Responsibilities:
•Build, manage, and set the direction of the Knowledge Management Framework for the Program Management Office.
•Coordinate with cross-functional organizations to align the PMO Knowledge Management strategy with broader organizational learning strategies.
•Support the development and implementation of training on Knowledge Management processes and tooling.
•Overseeing project planning, developing project plans, and ensuring they align with organizational goals.
•Identifying and implementing improvements to PMO processes and project management methodologies.
•Managing PMO standards, documentation, and ensuring adherence to established procedures.
•Create and review KPIs for adopting and using high-value, frequently used Knowledge Managment content and summarize benefits, outcomes, and improvement opportunities for the organization.
Requirements:
•3+ years of experience planning and advising office leadership on administrative and programmatic functions.
•Proven experience establishing office processes and workflows.
•Bachelor's degree; relevant experience in lieu of education may be considered.
•Ability to communicate effectively with office leadership, military officers and other stakeholders
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
•Occasional travel to enable mission and process improvements
•Must have experience working at Ft. Meade
Preferred Qualifications:
•Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and build strong relationships.
•Proven experience in project planning, execution, and management.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
