Torch is seeking an Equipment Specialist (Provisioner) to support provisioning requirements for Army weapon systems. This role ensures the accuracy of logistics data, compliance with regulations, and timely delivery of provisioning outputs across multiple programs. The specialist will collaborate with program managers and weapon system teams to develop integrated logistics support plans that span the full system life cycle.

This role ensures the accuracy of logistics data, compliance with regulations, and timely delivery of provisioning outputs across multiple programs. The specialist will collaborate with program managers and weapon system teams to develop integrated logistics support plans that span the full system life cycle.
As an Equipment Specialist (Provisioner) your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:
- Analyzes, organizes, plans and administers various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, or maintenance/repair activities for one or more programs using established procedures
- Manage provisioning requirements, including Provisioning Parts Lists (PPL), Engineering Data for Provisioning, Design Change Notices, and Repair Parts & Special Tools Lists.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of provisioning logistics data.
- Monitor assigned programs to ensure compliance with priorities, regulations, and schedules.
- Develop and process transactions in LMP, FLIS, WSSP, Power Log J, and GCSS-A Property Accountability Bill of Material.
- Collaborate with PMs and Weapon System Teams to create integrated logistics support plans.
- Provide provisioning guidance and direction for logistic support analysis of assigned weapon systems.
- Represent ALC LCMC at provisioning conferences and meetings to ensure quality of uploaded PPL data.
Required Qualifications
- U.S Citizenship
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in provisioning or cataloguing.
- Active DoD secret clearance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience managing timelines and deliverables.
- Knowledge of logistics product data standards (GEIA-STD-0007C, MIL-HDBK-502A).
- Familiarity with Army publishing regulations (AR 25-30, S1000D).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in creating, editing, or updating technical information in Department of Defense formats.
- Background in data science processes or collaboration with integrated data science teams.
- Experience participating in provisioning events (conferences, logistics demonstrations, verifications).
- Familiarity with Army products and maintenance planning for ground combat vehicles.
- DAWAI Lifecycle Logistics Certification.
