Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a Developer (Business Analyst, Analyst) to support a Federal Government client at our Charleston, SC location. As a member of the Systems Coordination and Implementation (SCI) team, the Developer will be responsible for working within a team to help support audit functions for the client through support for SQL queries and reports, along with some Access Database management.
This position currently requires an on-site schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.
This position is currently unfunded and is being posted in anticipation of a future contract award and funding approval. We are proactively identifying and engaging with qualified candidates. While candidates may be contacted for pre-screening, any hiring decisions will be contingent upon funding availability and final program requirements or client approval.

BA/BS degree, or HS diploma/HSD with a related certification with an additional 2-4 years of professional experience
Clearance

For this position, the projected compensation range is $75,000 - $100,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package. Responsibilities
- Design and develop Microsoft Access Databases to provide data to support the client's audit needs.
- Able to generate SQL queries to elicit data from Oracle databases to meet client's audit needs.
- Able to generate reports out of Business Objects reporting repository to meet client's audit needs.
- Participates as team member responsible for performing analysis, design, programming and/or documentation tasks.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years overall information technology professional experience as an analyst or programmer or business/process analyst
- Experience with mainframe and/or client-server based technologies and systems.
- Experience working as a member of a team performing life cycle design/development/implementation operations or functional analysis.
- Great analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and autonomously and take initiative without being directed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Federal accounting/financial management policies, practices, operation, and procedures.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying automations created with PowerApps.
Education
