- You will serve as the principal advisor to senior managers on the development, implementation and, revision of financial management policies.
- You will generate, recommend, and implement new and revised financial management concepts, internal controls, methodologies, policies, and strategies in support of the organization's programs.
- You will direct and/or perform continuing program execution review, analysis and appraisal of the major operating and support programs within the organization.
- You will prepare briefs for senior managers on program execution and provides recommendations to correct program variances or problem areas.
- You will plan work, set priorities and schedule work as necessary.
- You will assign work to subordinates based on employee's capabilities, priorities and difficulty.
- You will provide technical and administrative oversight, advice and instruction.
