Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting, explaining and applying technical requirements of public-private venture housing and facilities agreements; 2) Using housing software to maintain occupancy records, property account information, inspection records and condition reports; 3) Preparing reports and point papers that include information relative to data collection, analysis and recommendation for action; and 4) Performing housing investigatory or diagnostic inspections triggered by resident concerns, complaints to identify potential maintenance and/or health and safety issues.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
Education
The following education may be used in lieu of specialized experience:
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree;
OR
Two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree;
OR
An LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled;
OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to 100% of the total requirement.

This position is subject to work an uncommon tour,including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- You will monitor the housing privatization operating agreements, including mediation of resident disputes and agreement modification.
- You will monitors the operation and maintenance of the privatized housing and validates property managers performance and surveys housing facilities in accordance with the criteria specified with the business agreements.
- You will review financial and maintenance plans/reports.
- You will perform diagnostic inspections and/or investigations and submit request to address potential maintenance and/or health and safety issues.
