Health Information Technology (HIT) Integration Architect

Edera L3C is a fast-growing healthcare consultancy that addresses today's issues and helps create tomorrow's solutions by connecting the brightest minds in healthcare. Our team of management, clinical, revenue, technology, and creative services consultants work collaboratively with industry experts who bring deep experience and expertise to create transformational business solutions. We believe complex challenges and multi-faceted opportunities call for multi-disciplinary approaches and that's how we work. We transform healthcare by bringing industry best practices from the private sector to the public sector, and the public sector to the private sector. Edera is an L3C (a variation of a limited liability company) that places "purpose before profit", a social enterprise venture. This means we are focused on a socially beneficial mission to transform organizations rather than being driven to maximize income. Profits beyond our business sustainability goals are reinvested into communities or clients.

The Health Information Technology (HIT) Integration Architect will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of integrated health IT systems across clinical, administrative, and analytics domains. This role is pivotal in ensuring interoperability, regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, ONC), and seamless integration of platforms such as EHRs, telehealth, and data exchange systems. You will collaborate with clinicians, IT teams, and external partners to architect scalable, secure, and standards-based solutions that align with Edera's mission and client goals.

The ideal candidate will be results-driven, work well under defined deadlines, and produce strong work products using innovative thinking and a can-do attitude. You will contribute and support a collaborative team in our pursuit of yet another Edera 5-star client delivery. While not required but rather highly desired, our Federal Health IT Integration Architect will leverage their prior practical experience in military field healthcare environments and HIT system transitions, large scale implementations, or modernizations.
