SUMMARY:

CREEK TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a full-time, on-site Risk/Data Management Project Manager in support of the AFRL/RX Support contract located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The position will function as data management and administrator in the field of risk analysis to support AFRL, risk security analysts, and the risk identification mission. The position is designed to control and maintain the critical records produced during security reviews and provide administrative and technical support. This position assists with the analysis and production of written and oral reports identifying risk and briefings to AFRL, USAF, and DoD entities.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and will perform the following duties/responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Input and maintain data and records of security reviews and suspense actions through manual or automated systems to ensure data is processed within the designated timeframes and maintained in accordance with appropriate laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Provide a wide range of administrative and technical support which includes meeting coordination, schedule management, meeting set up and facilitation (e.g. VTC and secure conference call set up)
  • Coordinate, set up, and maintain a master schedule for all out briefs to include risk analysts, S&T Protection, requestors, management, and senior leaders while ensuring need to know and clearance requirements are met. Facilitation of both in person and VTC/secure conference meetings is required.
  • Assist in evaluating program key performance parameters by generating data related to efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of the risk identification function and programs.
  • Collect, verify, compute, consolidate, and review a variety of technical and statistical data to prepare reports and briefings.
  • Ability to critically review business processes/ work flows and make recommendations to remedy deficits or improve efficiency.
  • Skill in handling, storing, and disseminating classified data in accordance with established DoD procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Interpersonal communication skills are essential for this role as incumbent will interact with persons of various ranks and educational backgrounds. Familiarity working with scientists and engineers in a laboratory, military, or academic setting is desired.
  • Position is designated special- sensitive and incumbent must possess a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
  • A non-disclosure agreement must be signed.Self -starter who is able to work independently
  • Comfortable communicating with Executive Officers and Department Leaders across multiple functions and Organizations
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite and MS Teams

EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • PMP or equivalent preferred

EXPERIENCE:
  • Min 3 years of experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products : Word , Excel, Power P oint , Teams and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Report editing for format
  • Project Management

CLEARANCE:
  • Current Top Secret / Special Compartmental Information (TS/SCI) clearance required
