Meeting the challenge of complex 21st century operational requirements, the USBICES-X CIL is a leader in making systems and tools available to trusted stakeholders in a distributed, Coalition Shared Data environment. Located at JB Langley-Eustis, the CIL provides a reliable resource to advance the Initial Operating Capability of NATO Joint Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance.

Responsibilities:
- Researches, monitors and analyzes intelligence/functional data
- Performs systems modeling, simulation, and analysis
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas
- Participates in special projects as required
- Plan and participate in coalition trials, demonstrations and exercises
- Develop requirements and test plans (use cases) for new ISR software
- Troubleshoot software, document findings and provide recommendations
- Liaison with the DCGS community (Air Force/Army/Marine Corps/Navy/IC)
- Troubleshoot cross-domain solutions and provide recommendations for improvement and integration
- Works with user groups or Tiger Teams to solve business problems with available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Intelligence Studies, Military Science, Homeland Security, International Affairs, Interdisciplinary Studies, or General Studies or the equivalent combination of education, technical certification or training, or work/military experience)
- 15 years of directly related experience in operations
- Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI Clearance
- Advanced knowledge of Multi-National/Coalition/Alliance ISR/IRM&CM/PED
- Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in intelligence analysis
- Knowledge of Joint/Coalition Exercise/Trial/Demonstration planning with a systems/ applications/network architectures expertise
- Professional certification(s) in one or more specific applications or processes may be required, depending on job assignment
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working with US Army, SOF, Coalition forces, and NATO
- Experience with flag level command
- Understanding Intelligence Requirements Management & Collection Management
- Experience utilizing Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) applications such as: SOCET GXP, MOVINT client, RDOTS, JAGWIRE, DCGS-FoS/DIB, Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) and Trusted Network Environment (TNE)
- The work is typically performed in an office environment, which requires normal safety precautions; work may require some physical effort in the handling of light materials, boxes or equipment
