About this position: The Program Manager (PM) serves as the senior contractor lead responsible for overall management, execution, and performance of all Cyber PRIMES task order requirements. The PM ensures operational, cybersecurity, privacy, records management, and information governance services are delivered in accordance with DHRA and DMDC program objectives , federal mandates, and the PWS-defined Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs). This role oversees contract governance, staffing, deliverable quality, schedule and cost performance, and acts as the primary interface with government leadership and external mission partners.
Salary Range : 120k - 200k Commensurate with position title, skills, experience, location, and qualifications
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Provide overall program leadership and accountability for all PWS Task Areas. Manage cost, schedule, staffing, and performance across all project workstreams. Lead development and delivery of PMPs, Monthly Status Reports, Quality Control Plan, transition plans, and risk management artifacts. Oversee coordination with CSD, TS, and DHRA stakeholders for cybersecurity monitoring, analysis, incident support, DevSecOps , RMF, privacy, and records management services. Ensure AQL compliance and oversee quality assurance activities per the PRS/QASP. Maintain fully compliant staffing levels; track onboarding, training, certifications, and clearance eligibility. Serve as the escalation point for risk, issues, and performance challenges. Coordinate with cyber tool owners to validate monitoring, configuration auditing, and reporting. Ensure timely acknowledgement and dissemination of USCC/DCDC orders. Maintain continuous communication with Government leadership, providing accurate and actionable status updates.

Required Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical , business, financial, or related discipline, or 15+ years' experience in progressively complex program management roles.
- Secret Security Clearance.
- Certiffications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- CompTIA Security+
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex DoD cybersecurity or IT programs.
- Strong understanding of DoD cyber operations, RMF, NIST controls, and DISA requirements.
- Experience with cloud environments (OCI IL4/5, AWS IL2/4/5, Stratus SIPR).
- Experience leading teams supporting 24/7 cybersecurity monitoring, incident response, and DevSecOps .
- Ability to manage performance against strict SLAs and AQLs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DMDC, DHRA, DISA, or other DoD enterprise cybersecurity operations.
- PgMP , or DAWIA PM certifications.
