What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor access points and control entry to restricted areas as required by site-specific protocols.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client procedures.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services when appropriate, following established protocols.
• Remain alert to potential security-related risks and communicate concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to maintain required certifications and stay informed of updates to policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A minimum of three years combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree is required.
• An active Department of Defense Confidential clearance is required.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
