Key Responsibilities:

• Supports an organization or department by performing administrative services. May support a team of professionals or an office.
• Assists management with administrative tasks such as tracking and compiling information of interest.
• Prepares various reports detailing/summarizing the information handled by the position/department/program.
• Frequently has the responsibility of making travel arrangements and maintaining calendars upon request. Reads and answers correspondence.
• Ensures office equipment and supplies are maintained.
• Ensure invoices are coded and routed for approval/payment.
• May track expenses associated with the department or office.
• May handle confidential information.
• Works with close supervision or under clearly defined procedures.
• Understands how the assigned duties integrate with others in the team.
• Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems.

Work Environment:

• Location: On-site
• Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
• Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (M-F)

Required Qualifications:

• Security clearance requirement: Clearance eligibility. Able to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is a minimum.
• 0 to 2 years minimum of related experience.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret security clearance.
