Electronics Section Lead Specialist
KBR is seeking a Section Lead Specialist to provide knowledge and expertise in support of our government customers. The Section Lead for the Electronics Assembly team oversees day-to-day operations in an assigned assembly area, ensuring production goals, quality standards, safety requirements, and delivery schedules are met. This role provides hands-on leadership to assembly technicians, coordinates workflow, supports troubleshooting of assembly issues, and serves as a key link between production management, engineering, and quality teams.

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

This role provides hands-on leadership to assembly technicians, coordinates workflow, supports troubleshooting of assembly issues, and serves as a key link between production management, engineering, and quality teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops work schedules and delegates work assignments to meet project deadlines.
- Provides reporting on section performance and schedule to program leadership.
- Technical lead for major programs under the contract.
- Serves as a technical expert on the production floor, providing guidance, management, and training of personnel assigned to the section. Applies new technology to the work processes of the section.
- Manages the development, implementation, and improvement of work procedures.
- Works across functional areas on contract directly to resolve routine and complex problems, applying technical expertise as necessary. May interface with government personnel on project requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and five (5) years of experience
- Thirteen(13) years of directly related experience as a Technical Lead may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree
- Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
