Salesforce Automation & Performance Tester

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Automation & Performance Tester to support a long-term federal program. This remote role requires full-time availability during Eastern business hours and active participation in daily Agile ceremonies. This is a fully remote role. Candidates must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead automation strategy across multiple Agile scrum teams
• Build and maintain Selenium-based automation frameworks
• Execute performance tests and analyze system health using Performance Center
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and testers to ensure quality delivery
• Write and review test cases, perform exploratory testing, and mentor junior testers

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
• Certifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant (Trailhead verification required)
• Experience:
  • 5+ years in IT system testing
  • Hands-on Salesforce testing (Sales, Service, Experience Clouds)
  • Automation scripting from scratch
  • Performance testing and workload simulation

Technical Skills Required:

• Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Jenkins, GitHub
• RESTful services and API automation
• JIRA for defect tracking
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and QA best practices

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Cannot be engaged in other part-time roles or side projects
• Must attend and actively participate in daily Agile meetings

Compensation for the Salesforce Automation & Performance Tester include:

• Salary Range: $100,000-$115,000 **depending on experience**
• Full Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
