MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Wargame Analyst to join our team supporting the Marine Corps in Quantico, VA.
The Wargame Analyst is responsible for assessing the results and writing reports for multiple analytical wargames.

The Wargame Analyst is responsible for assessing the results and writing reports for multiple analytical wargames.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work with sponsors and game designers in the shaping of problem, purpose and objectives of each game and develop research questions and associated Collection, Assessment, and Production plans which support attainment of game objectives for wargames.
- Develop requirements for qualitative and quantitative analysis and integrate results into overall assessment and coordinates the application of analytical methods, models, and tools in support of wargame data collection and analysis.
- Conduct background research and literature reviews in support of wargame design and post-game assessment and assists in scoping, developing, planning, executing, and assessing the wargame program.
- Lead and coordinate a team of recorders for capturing wargame data and conduct post-game assessment, to include leading assessment workshops, conducting data analysis and synthesizing wargame results.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams consisting of military, government civilians and contractors and assists in coordinating effective participation with multiple DOD and government organizations for wargaming events.
- Creates, reviews, and submits wargame deliverables with writing skills commensurate with professional military publications to include coordinating preparation of postgame analytic reports and prepares executive briefings summarizing findings and implications to senior decision-makers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5-12 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Strong writing and critical thinking skills and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Marine Corps doctrine and warfighting concepts
- Microsoft Office (MS), to include MS Word, Teams, and ability to build professional PowerPoint presentations (must be able to provide a writing sample).
- Public speaking skills for briefing senior level leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Military intermediate level school preferred
- Prior military experience preferred (Marine Corps preferred)
Clearance Requirements:
- Current DOD Secret clearance, with ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
