Position Description: The Program Manager has the overall responsibility for coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects associated with this PWS.
Qualification Requirements:
Ten (10) years of industry experience in overseeing facility/logistics management of at least one (1) project of similar complexity to the work stated in the PWS.
OR
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Operation Management; Logistics and Supply Chain Management or Supply Chain Management Logistics with five (5) years of industry experience in overseeing facility/logistics management of at least one (1) project of similar complexity to the work stated in the PWS.

Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with five (5) years of industry experience in overseeing facility/logistics management of at least one (1) project of similar complexity to the work stated in the PWS
In the event that we cannot secure a candidate who is willing to provide a degree certificate, candidates with a PMP certification may be considered for this role.
The PM must maintain active MHE, OSHA, and Forklift certifications
Responsibilities:
• The PM shall have full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor on all matters during the performance of this Contract as detailed within this PWS.
• The PM shall provide technical support with ongoing Government agency programs to manage facilities and resource allocation to ensure full coverage of logistical services.
• The PM shall have technical knowledge and awareness of details to be able to recognize when technical problems are developing in the various disciplines and to initiate corrective actions. Directs the work of employees assigned to the project.
• The PM shall respond and provide customer support to customer service requests as detailed in this PWS Part 5
Mandatory Requirements | Copies required:
• PMP Certification(in case doesn’t have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Operation Management; Logistics and Supply Chain Management or Supply Chain Management Logistics)
• Valid driver’s license from a state of the United States
• Active Material handling equipment (MHE) certified
• Active OSHA certified
• Active Forklift certified
• Obtain and maintain Common access card (CAC)
