Zachary Piper is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join a large-scale energy efficiency project to support a VA customer. This is a remote opportunity with 50% travel between Atlanta, GA & Birmingham, SC .
Responsibilities:
· Work with site PMS on ongoing coordination of government customers & subcontractors in design/construction phases
· Assist with evaluation of construction subcontractor bids & equipment vendor proposals through best value selections (performance pricing, and warranty)
· Direct engagement with the client during project status meetings, keeping meeting minutes, and agendas
· Coordinate visits to customer project sites to investigate and gather energy performance data for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, & control systems
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering
· 7+ years of Engineering, Construction, or Project Management
· Construction Phase of Project Development Expertise
· PE License (Any State)
· Must be able to pass a government background check
Compensation:
· Salary Range: 90k-115k
