MANTECH seeks a skilled, professional, and service-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our vehicle sustainment team in Trezbian, Poland. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Assisting more senior quality assurance positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions.
  • Under direction, facilitates development of a quality assurance program and oversees inspections and corrective action plans that meet or exceed maintenance and supply standards.
  • Performs quality assurance for all work performed within assigned mission areas.
  • Inspects work in progress and record observations.
  • Prepares corrective action plans based on data, observations, and reports.
  • Submits recommendations for any required training to improve quality control processes or skills to correct identified deficiencies.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience, to include:
    • Providing administrative support and coordination to a contract, project, or task.
    • Preparing and managing correspondences, reports, and documents, implementing and maintaining office systems, schedules and calendars, handling incoming mail and other material, set up and maintaining file systems, collating information, and maintaining databases.
    • Quality Management Systems.
    • Auditing internal policies/procedures and recommending process improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, verbally, and in writing.
  • Experience maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven maintenance experience with military vehicles.
  • Ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements, if needed
  • Must successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; must possess a valid Driver's License for the work location, a High School Diploma or GED, and a Passport valid for at least one year beyond the start date.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001
  • Willingness to travel to various US or OCONUS locations in support of program customers.


Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position.


Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
  • Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
  • Must be able to work in high noise areas.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
  • Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
