Job Description
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute with guidance various RCS Design, analysis, test, or hardware manufacturing support activities as assigned for Inlet/exhaust systems products
- Assist in the development and execution of plans to achieve RCS design technical requirements
- Assist in the development and execution of test planning, measurements, and data processing
- Develop action plans and provide status for issue resolution and opportunity realization
- Ensure proper documentation of technical RCS design, measurement campaigns, and inspections are generated for the assigned projects consistent with engineering policies and design practices
- Monitor and communicate project status and significant developments
- Assist in preparation of materials and presentation at customer engagements and reviews
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited college or university
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in RCS, Electromagnetics, or Antennas
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%

- Due to the nature of the duties of this position, this role requires the individual to obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance; prerequisite for a security clearance is U.S. citizenship
- Ability to work onsite full-time is required
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
- Existing and active DoD Secret Security clearance
- BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Low Observable product design, test, or manufacturing
- Experience applying RCS Signature design and analysis principles
- Experience exercising RCS predictions codes (SENTRi, Xpatch, Aurora, material stack codes, others)
- Experience executing RCS measurements in Far-field, Compact Range, and Near-Field scenarios
- Experience performing hardware acceptance testing and statistical analysis
- Experience in the planning, fabrication, assembly, and test of RCS pole models
- Experience utilizing Jira and Confluence
- Experience writing, modifying, and executing scripts in Python
- Experience utilizing Linux High Performance Clusters (HPCs) to schedule and execute batch jobs
- Experience performing surface and volume meshing (CATIA, Patran, Cubit, NX, Hypermesh, Pointwise)
- Knowledge of RF material measurements
- Knowledge of RCS calibration, transforms, and data processing (Knowbell, Saber, Pioneer RCS)
- Knowledge of component and RCS rollup techniques
- Knowledge of MIL-HDBK-513B
- Knowledge of Tier 0, Tier 1, or Tier 2 inspections and measurement hardware
- Polished written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence presence
- Demonstrated ability to proactively complete tasking with minimal supervision
- Strong desire for continuous learning and application to job functions
