Duties
The incumbent serves as the senior Logistics Management Officer/Commander assigned to the 153d Logistics Readiness Squadron, 153d Air Base Group, 153d Airlift Wing, Wyoming Air National Guard. Its primary purpose is to provide overall senior level supervisory management of the logistics personnel and programs. Plans, directs, and administers logistics programs to include Operations Compliance, Cargo Movement, Air Transportation, Logistics Plans, Vehicle Maintenance and Management, Ground Transportation, Fuels Management and Material Management. Supervises positions engaged in substantive logistics work. Responsible for overall management of the units' resources, manpower, equipment accountability, internal controls and training in peacetime, in preparation to perform the State and Federal missions.

4) Oversees and/or participates in unit assessments, inspections, installation deployment plans, deployments, disaster preparedness exercises, and Crisis Action Team (CAT) operations required to maintain the highest state of readiness.

Area 2: All permanent and indefinite Wyoming Air National Guard (ANG) T32 Dual Status technicians employed within the Wyoming Air National Guard.
Area 4: All current military members of the Wyoming Air National Guard.
Area 6: Current military service members to include the US Air Force, Air Force Reserves, and other states' Air National Guard units. Must be willing/eligible to join the Wyoming Air National Guard as a military member prior to appointment to position.

Experience integrating the actions of a variety of specialized support activities to develop a comprehensive logistics plan. Experience monitoring such functions as program planning, resource and fiscal management, training, manpower management, and/or automated data processing to meet the logistics plan. Experience identifying delays or problems and developing corrective actions.
Applicants must possess at least 1-year of specialized experience, education or training equivalent to at least next lower grade level (GS-12).
AND
Possess experience in managing the function of the work to be performed; and experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
NOTE: Minimum Requirements and Specialized Experience will be used to determine qualifications for the announced position.
