The Opportunity
The Human Resources Administrator supports HR operations within a government contracting environment, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and contractual requirements. This role assists with personnel documentation, onboarding, security coordination, HR reporting, and general administrative support to meet contract and audit standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, personnel files, and HR databases in accordance with government contracting requirements.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including collecting employment documentation, coordinating background checks, and preparing new hire packets.
- Assist with security-related coordination such as clearance tracking or submitting required documentation to the Facility Security Officer (FSO), if applicable.
- Prepare HR reports for audits, contract compliance, and internal reviews.
- Support benefits administration by assisting employees with enrollment, updates, and routine inquiries.
- Coordinate interviews, trainings, meetings, and HR-related events.
- Support recruiting activities, including reviewing candidate applications, conducting initial phone screenings, coordinating interview schedules, and communicating with candidates.
- Ensure required HR postings, certifications, training records, and compliance documents are maintained and up to date.
- Assist with payroll-related updates such as new hires, status changes, and leaves.
- Respond to routine employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and HR processes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and contract-related information.
- Provide general HR support and assist with additional HR projects as needed.
