FalconTek is seeking experienced Facility Administrators/Managers to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) through the leadership and coordination of large-scale warehouse distribution and integrated supply chain logistics programs. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and will serve as the primary on-site point of contact for contract performance, personnel management, and coordination with VA stakeholders at designated locations.
The Facility Administrator will lead cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, manage logistics operations, and maintain performance excellence throughout the life of the contract.

Start Date: February 1, 2026 (Estimated)
Work Hours: Two Shift Operation 6:00AM through 2:30PM and 2:30PM through 12:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Salary: $120,000
Clearance Required: Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact with the VA for all contract-related activities at the assigned location.
- Provide overall supervision and leadership for FalconTek contractor personnel, including recruitment, resume review, and HR actions for non-key staff.
- Ensure the effective planning, initiation, execution, and close-out of programs supporting integrated supply chain distribution systems.
- Schedule and manage workloads to optimize resource use and operational efficiency.
- Ensure delivery of accurate, timely reports and maintain performance in accordance with contract terms.
- Be available on-site within one hour during normal duty hours, and within two hours during off-duty hours, upon notification from the Government.
- Oversee the training compliance of all contractor employees, maintain training records, and certify employee training and proficiency within 30 working days.
- Coordinate with VA personnel to ensure alignment with program goals and timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain all documentation supporting employee assessments and on-the-job training (OJT) records, in accordance with SOPs and government requests.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Warehouse Distribution or Supply Chain Logistics Management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage all phases of program life cycle in support of a large warehouse operation or federal government logistics program.
- Strong knowledge of logistics systems, warehouse operations, and distribution methodologies.
- Proven leadership in personnel management, including hiring, training, and performance oversight.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with senior government officials and stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Must be able to respond to government requests rapidly and professionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs or similar federal government clients.
- Knowledge of federal contract management processes and performance standards.
- Familiarity with VA systems, training requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- PMP or other relevant logistics or supply chain certifications.
