Job Description:
* Our Client is seeking a Test Engineer who will develop, execute, and maintain software test architectures and plans in support of Product Lead Strategic Spectrum Warfare. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Lead analysis, evaluation, and performance verifications of hardware and software systems under test.
* Support the development of test plans, test procedures, requirements traceability matrices, test reports, test flow, and test case design and implementation.
* Lead formal systems acceptance testing activities.
* Present test strategies, plans, and results to internal and external customers through formal and informal reports and briefings.
* Produce comprehensive test documentation.
* Software/hardware testing, test environment development, fault analysis.
* Integrate and test systems to the software/hardware level.
* Document testing issues and failures and perform analysis of test results.
* Evaluate new technologies and assess their maturity for implementation.
* Sustain and maintain test environments for fielded systems.
* Coordinate support across multiple PEOs and PMs.
* Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:
* Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
* 10 or more years' experience in test engineering.
* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Experienced in engineering aspects of system design and functionality.
* Experience dissecting system function(s) for application in system test(s). Requires demonstrated engineering skills and capabilities to implement and execute comprehensive system testing.
* Experience in integrating and testing and analysis of embedded processing systems to the software/hardware level.
* Experience in communications systems, software languages/software testing, networks, network security, power systems, antennas, RF, and/or mechanical design and analysis.
* Experience with requirements analysis and verification.
* Experiencing in developing test strategies, plans, reports, etc.
* Experience with software testing methodologies and tools.
* Experience working collaboratively with government personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
* Experience with PEO IEW&S programs and systems.
* Experience with testing frameworks and applications.
* Experience with DoDI 5000.89, DoDM 5000.100 and/or Test and Evaluation Enterprise Guidebook.
