You will be the Systems Engineer for the F-35 Simulation and System Labs (SSL) Simulation Development team which is responsible for delivering high-fidelity simulation solutions that enable the F-35 program to meet performance and reliability goals.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to work with technical leads to manage cost, schedule and technical scope.
• Must have excellent organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication.
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field from an accredited college or university.
• Technical degree preferred.
• Control Account Manager Experience.
• CAM Certification or PMI/PMP Certification.
• Strong EVM knowledge/experience with appropriate applications/execution tools.
• Familiarity with the F-35 Mission Systems domain.
• Previous experience on Advanced Development Programs.
• Previous Project Management or Project Engineering experience.
• Experience in the contracting life-cycle processes (RFP, BOEs, negotiation).
• Previous Risk and Opportunity Management development and tracking experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and interact with diverse stakeholders.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
