You will be the Supplier Quality Engineering Associate Manager for the PAC-3 Production program at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) in Arlington, Texas.

As the Supplier Quality Engineering Associate Manager, you will provide leadership and oversight to the Supplier Quality discipline, driving business process management, data analytics, continuous improvement, and talent development.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
-STEM degree at bachelors level or higher, or equivalent experience/combined education.
-Experience as a team lead, either formally with direct reports or through a work-related project
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Quality Engineering practices, policies, and procedures
- Advanced knowledge and experience supporting Supplier Management Teams (SMT) or Integrated Product Teams (IPT) such as conducting Purchase Order (PO) reviews, flowing Purchase Order (PO) quality notes, supporting Supplier Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM's), Supplier First Article Inspections (FAI), Special Process survey initiation and support, Onsite Supplier Surveillance Planning and Execution, Supplier Deviation Waivers, Supplier Contingency Shipments, and Receiving Inspection processes
-Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Desired Skills:
-STEM degree at Bachelors level or above preferred.
-Experience with Quality Management Systems: AS9100, ISO 9001, Six Sigma
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Experience with audit methodologies and tools
-Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and trending
-Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve quality issues
-Experience working with cross-functional teams
-Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with strong organizational and time management skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
