Responsibilities:
- Provide project control, analysis and technical support to government Program Manager.
- Responsible for the development and review of program planning documents, budget preparation and financial tracking. Participation in Intelligence Program Objective Memorandum (IPOM) and Budget Estimate Submission (BES) processes, using knowledge of General Defense Intel Program (GDIP), National Intel Program (NIP) and Military Intel Program (MIP).
- Provide program life cycle support, including acquisition planning, contract documentation, scheduling, milestone evaluation and cost realism.
- Provide technical analysis for intelligence equipment, operational requirements, statements of work (SOW) and operational support.
- Interface between the Program Office and various stakeholders, including resource sponsors (OPNAV), technical/design agents (field activities, R&D agencies, test facilities, vendors) and other government agencies.
Qualifications
Required:
- Seven (7) or more years of experience in support of DoD acquisition programs, project management support, systems analysis or systems engineering.
- Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline; or ten (10) years of experience in related support role in lieu of degree.
- Understanding of the DoD Acquisition System, Planning Programming Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) system, and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral), able to effectively interact with customers, partners, and associates at all levels.
- Ability to multi-task in support of numerous projects with a demanding workload.
- High proficiency with MS Office Suite, web-based applications and databases.
Desired:
- Familiarity with DoD organizations and functional missions. Navy experience is highly desirable.
- Understanding of Navy's processes for installing and deploying technical systems.
- Completion of various DAU coursework (DAWIA Level II or III preferred).

Compensation:
- Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between $120,000-$150,000. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
