What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Recruiter to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for a professional seeking to take ownership of complex searches and contribute strategically to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will manage full-cycle recruiting processes for critical roles, significantly impacting our clients' organizational growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of roles across various functions and seniority levels, with a focus on executive and senior talent.
Develop and implement sophisticated sourcing strategies (e.g., direct sourcing, networking, competitive intelligence) to proactively engage highly-qualified, passive candidates.
Conduct in-depth screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
Manage candidate expectations and finalize placements to ensure the best candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Advise hiring managers on best practices, market trends, talent mapping, and processes to optimize selection quality and speed.
Leverage and maintain meticulous data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to inform decision-making and ensure process efficiency.
Act as a brand ambassador for BOAB Ventures, promoting our culture, values, and commitment to excellence in every professional interaction.
Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship is required.
2-5 years of professional experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within an agency/search firm or a high-growth corporate environment; experience in technical, defense, or executive search is a strong plus.
Proven track record of successfully managing and closing multiple requisitions simultaneously, including difficult-to-fill and niche roles.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and consult effectively with senior stakeholders.
High degree of organizational maturity, with demonstrated expertise in managing processes, priorities, and follow-through with minimal supervision.
Proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive autonomously in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
