Staff Program Manager, Sand Table

ABOUT THE JOB

As a member of the Sand Table team, you will be instrumental in delivering next-generation wargaming and briefing capabilities into XR headsets. Your responsibilities will include ingesting requirements, communicating roadmaps, aligning with stakeholders, and assisting business lines in budget development. You will foster effective relationships with critical service and program office stakeholders, drive programs from prototyping to production, and maintain external timelines and program dashboards. Additionally, you will collaborate with growth and engineering leads, manage program communication plans and change management, and support internal and external communications, including risk tracking and executive reporting. Your role will also involve occasional travel to support customer meetings and testing, ensuring tactical deliverables align with customer needs, and creating the future of briefing and wargaming capabilities in partnership with internal and external customers worldwide.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Anticipate change management requirements that are required by program stakeholders
• Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of executive cross-functional leads and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions
• Maintain external-facing timelines, program dashboards, and milestone definitions in partnership with program leadership
• Support internal and external communication including risk tracking, status updates, executive reporting, and program reviews
• Partner with project managers to ensure tactical deliverables roll up into clear milestones and customer expectations
• Monitor program scope and deliverables to track changes and clarify owner responsibilities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline
• 5+ years of professional experience in software
• 8+ years of technical program or project management experience
• Full project lifecycle experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience negotiating technical deliverables, requirements and scope
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomously driven, and demanding startup atmosphere
• Demonstrated success working in an environment with competing priorities and aggressive schedules
• Comfortable with setting and achieving goals in an amorphous environment
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance

US Salary Range

$166,000 - $220,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
