As a Human Resources Specialist (Information Systems) at the GS-0201-13/14 some of your typical work assignments may include:
- Assembling required teams, leading and overseeing participation in initiatives with DoD Component offices, OPM and contractors, as required.
- Monitor the performance of the primary Civilian Human Resource Management Information Technology (CHRM IT) Portfolio operations, maintenance, and sustainment contractor to ensure schedules are met, requirements are fully addressed, and problems and system change requests are resolved.
- Providing functional, technical and contracting/regulatory oversight on all matters related to CHRM IT.
- Providing comprehensive system analysis supporting of the Enterprise Solutions and Integration Directorate and CHRM IT portfolio.
- Ensuring CHRM IT system architecture is in accordance with the Department's Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA).

- Designing strategies and innovation methodologies (Requirements Gathering, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)) that impact DoD civilian human resources information systems.
You may qualify at the GS-13, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service:
