Responsibilities:
- Data Center Technician will troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware infrastructure issues
- Maintain and update documentation for supported technologies
- Mentor junior technicians and assist with knowledge transfer
- Perform basic to intermediate system administration tasks remotely
- Automate routine tasks using scripting tools when applicable
- As a Data Center Technician, you will work independently to resolve support issues and escalate when necessary
- Understand and manage all aspects of supported equipment
- Innovate and make informed decisions while following detailed instructions when required
- High School diploma or GED
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and networking
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in virtual team environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- CompTIA certification
- Experience in hardware support and network troubleshooting
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
