Program Manager
Key Role:
Lead the strategic coordination and execution of Defense Policy Review Initiative ( DPRI ) programs, ensuring alignment with U.S. Marine Corps objectives. Synchronize posture-driven infrastructure projects with modernization initiatives to support integrating policy , engineering, logistics, and operational stakeholders into a unified execution framework. Be responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management. Leverage modern Project Management Information Systems ( PMIS ) , geospatial planning tools, and enterprise data platforms to enable data-driven decisions, applying performance met rics, schedule analytics, and risk assessments to keep all efforts aligned with capability timelines and posture mobility requirements.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing complex facilities projects within defense infrastructure and government sectors
- 3+ years of experience in program management within a posture, modernization, or force design environment
- Experience aligning construction delivery with operational force deployment requirements
- Experience with PMIS
- Experience integrating data-driven tools to support program execution
- Ability to interpret dashboards, analyze performance met rics, and use data to drive decisions
- Ability to present program updates using clear and data-supported insights
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with DPRI programs or Japan-U.S. bilateral agreements
- Experience with Force Design 2030, EABO basing requirements, and Indo-Pacific posture planning
- Experience using or overseeing data solutions such as digital dashboards, business intelligence platforms, or enterprise data ecosystems
- Experience working with or within the Department of Defense, including in an Indo-Pacific or bilateral coordination context
- Experience with digital transformation, Agile project delivery, and risk analytics
- Knowledge of data governance, interoperability, and structured reporting within large-scale programs
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Master's degree in Business, Public Administration, Systems Engineering, or Data Science
- PMP or PgMP Certification
