We are seeking skilled Avionics Repair Technicians to join our team supporting the repair and testing of advanced military avionics systems. This role requires independent, highly technical professionals capable of performing complex fault isolation and component-level repairs on sophisticated electronic hardware. Candidates MUST have an ACTIVE Secret or higher security clearance to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, conduct, and document tests on avionics systems and subsystems.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve test problems and anomalies.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of test plans, procedures, and processes.
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure readiness of test systems.
- Train and mentor entry-level personnel in test processes and equipment operation.
- Identify and recommend new test equipment, processes, and methods.
- Develop innovative test methods and improvements to existing procedures.
- Guide intermediate-level personnel through complex problem-solving.
- ACTIVE Secret clearance
- Ability to perform complex fault isolation on avionics equipment.
- Proficiency in aerospace-quality soldering.
- Skilled in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
- Strong understanding of electronics and avionics theory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
- Depot-level F-18 avionics repair experience.
- Familiarity with military avionics standards and practices.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
