Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions):
- Reviewing OPORDS/Tasker for integration into HQDA and/or Army Materiel Command (AMC) policies and procedures (Ex. Incorporation of the Golden Domes for America (GDA) Cybersecurity Requirements into the Requirement Specification Guide)
- Monitoring and implementing plans for upgrading the EEDRS system
- Supporting restoration of AMP components, systems, and services, and verifying security designs, configurations, re-IPing, and the overall system security posture to include BPOCs and meters
- Providing technical assistance in cybersecurity implementation and reporting requirements in the areas of security patching, configuration management, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) for the Command's Enterprise Energy Data Reporting System (EEDRS)
- Enforcing policies, establishing ownership and accountability, analyzing functional and technical requirements, identifying cyber risks, developing recommended protective measures and risk mitigations (both technical and operational), developing and executing standardized architectures, processing documentation, managing the program as well as continually monitoring, executing oversight, and performing all project management functions
- Providing support to Headquarters Army Materiel Command (AMC) G2/6 (CIO) by identifying limitations of processes, procedures, policies and cybersecurity, security engineering, and technology protection standards between Military Construction (MILCON), Energy Resilience and Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP), utility energy service contract (UESC), Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC), and other infrastructure contracts at AMC OIB and Garrisons
- Enhancing the cybersecurity posture of AMC owned control systems by providing technical support, programmatic support, and process improvement recommendations for cybersecurity integration into construction execution activities
- Assisting system owner in achieving and maintaining compliance with Army/DoD cyber policy, with the objective of ensuring the G3 ESS supported by this task achieves and maintains their RMF certifications and accreditations
- Providing System Administrator (Sysadmin) support to manage, maintain, and ensure the reliable operation of the organization's CS/OT systems and networks
- Advising the Information System Owner (ISO) on RMF and performing Information System Security and Officer (ISSO) responsibilities to obtain system ATOs

Required Experience
- Associate's Degree or a Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Minimum of 3 related certifications may be used in place of unrelated degree field
- Minimum of 4 years of work related experience
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II/III certification
- Must have an active Secret security clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance preferred
- Former Armed Services experience - preferably in Cyber Warfare
- Other certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, etc.
