Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist (Help Desk)

(eCRAFT - PROFESSIONAL, OPERATIONS SUPPORT III - OS3)
  • Six (6) years of professional experience in Industry, Federal or DoD Help Desk Support using a help desk tool such as BMC's Remedy or ServiceNow
  • This position is required to be designated as IAT III level with a T5 (Top Secret Clearance).
  • This program requires US Citizenship

Position Details:

  • Pay Rate / Range:_$45-60/hr


The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities; the candidate's experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.
