As a Junior Data Analyst, you'll dive into data collection, preparation, and visualization projects, driving accurate reporting and actionable insights for Army Security Assistance Enterprise (ASAE) Reform initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Preparation

• Identify and consolidate data sources relevant to ASAE and Reform efforts.
• Clean, organize, and structure data for analysis and reporting.
• Develop repeatable data pipelines for ongoing updates.

Dashboard and Visualization Development

• Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools such as Vantage, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually consistent, and aligned with ASAE data reporting standards.
• Implement automated refresh processes to ensure real-time data availability.

Collaboration and Knowledge Transfer

• Work closely with ASAE and Reform team members to understand data needs and reporting requirements.
• Provide training or documentation to enable team members to maintain and update dashboards post-delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

• Candidate must be pursuing or already possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in business or data analytics
• Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in business or data analytics
• 2-3 years of experience in data analytics
• active Secret Clearance
