MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Systems Analyst to join our team in the Norfolk, VA or San Diego, CA. This is a hybrid position that will require at least 1 day onsite per week.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with Fleet ASW SMEs to understand the evolving challenges related to successive Aegis AWS Baselines receiving different ASW software and hardware combinations.
- Assist in enhancing ASW training capabilities by addressing fielding challenges and limitations for both Hardware and Software.
- Travel up to 25%
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent education
- 10+ years of experience as a sonar technician (STG) on a surface ship
- Knowledge, skills and experience with all aspects of shipboard ASW operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understand IWS 5 Hardware and Software fielding along with their alternating year fielding schedules
- Familiarity with Aegis AWS Baselines and their integration challenges
- Experience interfacing with military organizations for the development and enhancement of training simulations
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current United States Government Secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentation
